As a licensed interior designer and experienced project manager, I specialize in corporate design, focusing on interior fitouts, large campus restacks, and long-term real estate strategic planning. I am a certified expert in secure space design and end-to-end construction management.

Typical project scopes include (but are not limited to):

- Obtaining and compiling requirements, performing space programming, and providing preliminary test fits to create an effective workplace strategy as the basis of design.

- Conducting site survey and due diligence coordination for final site selection.

- Supporting real estate brokerage activities and lease negotiations.

- Developing project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work for all project team members involved.

- Providing recommendations for the best-fit project team members tailored to your project scope and budget, and creating RFPs to support contract negotiations.

- Coordinating and collaborating with all security, IT, audio/visual, cabling, furniture, and any additional specialty vendors to incorporate their expertise into the design plan.

- Creating a design concept and coordinating with architectural and engineering teams for comprehensive construction documentation.

- Conducting bid/cost analysis and providing guidance for contractor award, while managing all contractors and subcontractors throughout the project.

- Working closely with clients on all FF&E selections, specifications, procurement, scheduling, and installation.

- Leading relocation planning and execution activities in collaboration with move services vendors and decommissioning agents.

- Supporting closeout activities with vendors, finance teams, and requesting TIA from landlords.
