Coordinate and collaborate with all security, IT, audio / visual, cabling, furniture and any additional specialty vendors for incorporation into the design plan

Create design concept and coordinate with architectural and engineering teams for construction documentation

Bid / cost analysis and provide guidance for award. Manage all contractors and subs throughout the project 

Work with client for all FF&E selections / specifications, procurement, scheduling and installation

Support closeout activities with vendors, finance teams and requesting TIA from landlords

Assist with strategic long-term real estate planning and corporate campus restacks

Experienced and certified secure space design and construction management
